- We unlock the bootloader (if needed) and flash your choice of premium privacy-focused operating system
- We return your phone fully de-Googled and hardened for maximum privacy

Turnaround Time:
Shipping time to Ohio + 2 business days processing + return shipping to you.Important Notes:
- Your phone must be carrier unlocked, bootloader unlockable, and compatible with the chosen OS (see our compatibility list).
- Because this is your own device, we cannot offer a warranty on hardware. Any issues that arise are usually difficult to separate between the original phone and the new OS.
- We provide limited free support after return. For the best experience, we strongly recommend adding our 60-minute deGoogled Phone Setup Session so we can walk you through everything via secure video call.

NOTE: We prefer to ONLY flash the DEVICES listed on website as we sometimes experience flashing issues with the other Brands and don’t want to risk jeopardizing your phone. If other, please make inquiry before purchasing your PHONE see if we can accommodate.
Some Models are very difficult to acquire and/or get the bootloader unlocked and sometimes have to wait 30days before it becomes “unlockable”.
You are responsible for confirming you phone / device functions properly before sending.
Warranty: In short, We offer a 60 day return window covering any hardware sold which is damaged in transit, or found to be physically defective upon receipt, and/or if there is device failure (within normal use). See more info in FAQ’s.
