By purchasing hardware that runs open-source and community-supported software, bugs may be present in any given OS or firmware build which may affect certain functionality on your device unless or until patched by developers. (We have not yet experienced this issue). Furthermore, any apps or services dependent on closed-source software & frameworks, may exhibit erratic behavior that is outside of the control of GetPrivacyFreedom.com. Cell phone activation on your carrier of choice may require additional contact & setup on your behalf with your carrier of choice for completed activation.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

There is 45-days return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return for device issues or if you are not 100% Satisfied. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so the issue can be evaluated and corrected ASAP.

During this period, you can opt to have the device replaced free of charge or receive a refund in full after the item in question is returned and verified to be physically defective.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, send us a message or email to info@getprivacyfreedom.com and explain the device issue. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

For Refunds, you will be notified once the item is received and inspected, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount on the original payment method. It can take up to 10 days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For Replacements, you will be notified once the item is received and inspected, and if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, a new device will be sent out to you typically in 1-3 business days unless the device is not in stock and/or it is a standard non-stock phone, i.e. the latest Pixel.
